This beautiful home is one of only a few Skydecks with 4 levels of outside living space within Lower Mill Estate, providing some of the highest vantage points across the nature reserve from the impressive 4th storey, 360 panoramic roof terrace! The stylish home has an unprecedented 5 bathrooms (4 ensuites !) - providing each of the 5 bedrooms with a private bathroom.

GROUND FLOOR: Standing proudly on a large double plot with garden space down each side, the ground floor of the property is home to a welcoming entrance area, a large family WC, and 2 of the property's 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom at the front of the house features a king size bed with private ensuite bathroom with shower above. At the back of the home, you will find a huge master bedroom suite that stretches the full width of the house. Designed in a modern style, it includes a king size bed, double integrated wardrobes and ensuite shower room. The suite leads out onto the large outdoor deck and has lake views which catch the morning sun. With an enclosed outdoor decking with safety glass, a private gate provides access to the grass and banks of the lake - a spot from which to launch your choice of watercraft. The gated access also offers a secure space for bikes to be stored. A hot tub overlooks the lake, offering some spectacular views of Howells Mere.
FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor, additional balconies overlook the beautiful Howells Mere Lake from two further bedrooms. A twin room with two single beds - complimented by an ensuite bathroom with shower above - has access to the balcony through the floor to ceiling glazed balcony doors. This room also has an additional single pull-out trundle bed, allowing up to 3 occupants. Adjacent, lies a king room with ensuite shower room with access to balcony. Both bedrooms have integrated built in wardrobes. The fifth bedroom offers a standard bunkbed with two full size single beds. The additional pull-out trundle bed in this room allows up to 3 guests. With hanging space and a chest of drawers, the bedroom is adjacent to a large family shower room, but as all other bedrooms have their own ensuite, this allows what is effectively a 'private' bathroom for its guests.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, the open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area is the hub of the house thanks to the wrap around glazing which frame the 270-degree picturesque views - allowing natural light to pour in - creating a light and airy space. A large L-shaped sofa and armchair, plus a contemporary Scandinavian wood burner allow for comfortable and stylish living, alongside a Smart TV and superfast WiFi. The large open kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for up to 12 guests, with an American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living and dining spaces make it the perfect entertainment space for families and/or friends. Additionally, there are floor to ceiling glazed doors that open up allowing guests to step out onto a further balcony.
THIRD FLOOR: From all levels of the home, an external spiral staircase will lead you from the ground floor, all the way to the fourth level and the unbelievable - and desirable - Skydeck area. With outdoor seating and dining space, the spectacular vantage points from the Skydeck are some of the highest on offer on the entire estate. The huge open aired space stretches the full breadth and width of the property and boasts 360-degree views.

SORRY NO HEN/STAG GROUPS. By making a reservation you are accepting the Lower Mill Estate's Code of Conduct as per the Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests. STATED GROUP SIZE: Bookings are accepted on the group size & configuration stated at the time of booking. Any changes to this would require permission. Lower Mill Estate is a gated and warden controlled private estate and we provide the Estate with all guest group sizes and group dynamics prior to arrival, which are confirmed at the time of booking. DAY VISITORS: Day visitors to the Property may be permitted with our prior consent, at our discretion, provided that the total group (including visitors) does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Property. SPA ACCESS: All but a 4 minute walk to the Luxury Spa complex, of which you get full rental access during your stay, allowing you and your family and friends to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pools are closed during the low season. NATURE FIRST: Lower Mill Estate is a nature first environment and we are all guests of nature. As such, things like certain lakes being closed in off season for nesting, low level lighting at night, reeds being left to grow to full height, is part of managing the unique environment and eco system. PARKING: Each property on the Estate has one designated parking space within a few yards of their front door. All other vehicles can make use of the nearby additional communal visitor spaces and/or the overflow car parks. Please do try and limit the number of cars where possible. HOT TUB: All of our hot tubs are maintained by a professional pool company, Messrs, MR Pools. Please do not use the hot tub after 10:30pm to retain the peaceful & respectful environment, in accordance with the Code of Conduct. TRAVEL COT OPTION: We are unable to supply bedding or a mattress thicker than the ‘wrap around base’ that the travel cot comes with. For your reference, the approx. size of a standard travel cot is 60-65cm x 95-100cm. BBQs: Due to insurance restrictions & potential health & safety compliance issues, we have removed BBQs from each property. Therefore, please remember to pack your own, or alternatively purchase a disposable BBQ for alfresco cooking. LAKE SAFETY: All outside terrace areas are child proof and have over waist height glass balustrades all the way around, providing a safe environment for children. A gate leads to the bank of the lake, additional monitoring should be applied. SPECIFICATIONS: may change from the items listed here.
