GROUND FLOOR: Upon entering the property via your own footbridge, with a utility and boot room to your left, you are embraced with a gorgeously appointed living room, dining space and well equipped kitchen. By opening the floor to ceiling double patio doors, this becomes the hub of the house, and the free-flowing design allows for relaxation indoors and out. The expansive ground floor decking area has an alfresco dining area and separate outdoor seating for those evening drinks or morning coffees. A private gate off the decking allows access to your very own garden area, before stepping into your kayak directly from your private launch area. This area now has a newly installed hot tub. Finally, kick back and cuddle up with the roaring Scandinavian design wood burner.
FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor, we have 3 of the 4 bedrooms - 2 with an ensuite and the 3rd with an adjacent family bathroom. The first bedroom at the front of the house features a triple bunkbed (sleeps 3 - double on bottom, single on top) and a double wardrobe. Towards the back of the house, you will find 2 double bedrooms where the modern décor and beautiful artwork continues; both with king size beds, double fitted wardrobes, picture frame TVs and ensuite shower rooms. From here, you can step out onto your own balcony area that stretches across the full width of the property, allowing both bedrooms full access to stunning views of Howells Mere Lake.
SECOND FLOOR: Finally, at the top of the house you will find the stunning master suite - comprises a super king size bed, wardrobe and private shower room. With windows on all sides on this floor the light pours in, yet the beautiful shutters give you the perfect amount of privacy. The patio doors directly from your suite lead onto the property’s most amazing feature... the stunning Skydeck roof terrace! A further private door from the top of the stairs allows your family to join you on the Skydeck whilst you watch the sun setting on the horizon from your outdoor sofas. There is a further outdoor dining space which is covered, allowing for use in all weather.

Lower Mill Estate is a gated and warden controlled private estate and we provide the Estate with all guest group sizes and group dynamics prior to arrival, which are confirmed at the time of booking. DAY VISITORS: Day visitors to the Property may be permitted with our prior consent, at our discretion, provided that the total group (including visitors) does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Property. SPA ACCESS: All but a 5 minute walk to the Luxury Spa complex, of which you get full rental access during your stay, allowing you and your family and friends to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pools are closed during the low season. NATURE FIRST: Lower Mill Estate is a nature first environment and we are all guests of nature. As such, things like certain lakes being closed in off season for nesting, low level lighting at night, reeds being left to grow to full height, is part of managing the unique environment and eco system. PARKING: Each property on the Estate has one designated parking space within a few yards of their front door. All other vehicles can make use of the nearby additional communal visitor spaces and/or the overflow car parks. Please do try and limit the number of cars where possible. HOT TUB: All of our hot tubs are maintained by a professional pool company, Messrs, MR Pools. Please do not use the hot tub after 10:30pm to retain the peaceful & respectful environment, in accordance with the Code of Conduct. TRAVEL COT OPTION: We are unable to supply bedding or a mattress thicker than the ‘wrap around base’ that the travel cot comes with. For your reference, the approx. size of a standard travel cot is 60-65cm x 95-100cm. BBQs: Due to insurance restrictions & potential health & safety compliance issues, we have removed BBQs from each property. Therefore, please remember to pack your own, or alternatively purchase a disposable BBQ for alfresco cooking. LAKE SAFETY: The garden/decking areas could be open to the water, so additional care must be taken at all times. SPECIFICATIONS: may change from the items listed here.
