GROUND FLOOR: A lovely and warm welcome to Reflections that immediately invites you to unwind and relax. With 2 of the property’s 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, the primary master suite is a true masterpiece - with king size bed, integrated wardrobes and private floor to ceiling glazing that provides access out onto the large, wrap around ground floor decking area - complete with outdoor sofas, alfresco dining spaces and your very own private hot tub (and outdoor shower) - the perfect entertaining space! A private jetty with direct lake access from which to launch your water sports equipment is also available to all guests! The master suite is separated into 2 rooms; one for sleeping, and a second with a large relaxing preparation space, complete with sofa (can be converted to sofa bed on request) and wall mounted Smart TV, workspace, and a coffee corner complete with Nespresso machine. An ensuite shower room completes this special suite, with a secondary exit out onto the ground floor decking with further floor to ceiling panoramic glazing. An exterior spiral staircase also allows guests to go between exterior levels effortlessly.

FIRST FLOOR: The large family shower room at the top of the stairs caters bedroom 3, essentially providing a private ensuite for each bedroom in the home - something that is incredibly rare. This bedroom has a further king size bed, and on request can be split into 2 single beds, creating a twin room. Bedroom 4 is already a twin room with 2 single beds which can be linked as a king on request, allowing the property to offer a varying range of options for all visitors. With stunning views across Howells Mere Lake - framed by the floor to ceiling glazing - this leads out onto the first-floor balcony with bistro table and chairs for that morning coffee spot. Integrated wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom complete this room. Bedroom 5 is a further king room with equally impressive views of Howells Mere Lake. Experience the peace and tranquillity of the open lake right from your bedroom through its own panoramic full height windows, again with access to the covered balcony space - bliss. An ensuite shower room once again affords its guests the privacy one has come to expect in these super special lakeside lodges.
SECOND FLOOR: The communal and open plan living space is on the third storey of this incredible home. The lounge and kitchen/dining area is the hub of the house thanks to the wrap around glazing which frame the 270-degree picturesque views - allowing natural light to pour in - creating a light and airy space. The living and dining spaces make it the perfect entertainment space for families and/or friends. Additionally, there are further floor to ceiling glazed doors that open up, allowing guests to step out onto a further balcony offering even more outside seating. The higher you climb in this home the greater the views! A contemporary Scandinavian wood burner is in the centre of the living space, with Smart TV (fast WiFi throughout) and 3 large sofas for all guests to curl up and snuggle into an evening of conversation with friends and family around the roaring fire. With the added and extremely RARE feature of air-conditioning on this level, this is a wonderful area for all seasons!
THIRD FLOOR: Now... from all levels of the home, an external spiral staircase will lead you from the ground floor, all the way to the fourth level and the unbelievable - and desirable - 'Skydeck' area. With outdoor seating and an additional alfresco dining space, the spectacular and private vantage points from the Skydeck are some of the highest on offer on the entire estate. The huge open aired space stretches the full breadth and width of the property and boasts 360-degree views across the entire nature reserve and beyond - don't miss out on this incredible experience!

SORRY NO HEN/STAG GROUPS. By making a reservation you are accepting the Lower Mill Estate's Code of Conduct as per the Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests. STATED GROUP SIZE: Bookings are accepted on the group size & configuration stated at the time of booking. Any changes to this would require permission. Lower Mill Estate is a gated and warden controlled private estate and we provide the Estate with all guest group sizes and group dynamics prior to arrival, which are confirmed at the time of booking. DAY VISITORS: Day visitors to the Property may be permitted with our prior consent, at our discretion, provided that the total group (including visitors) does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Property. SPA ACCESS: All but a 4 minute walk to the Luxury Spa complex, of which you get full rental access during your stay, allowing you and your family and friends to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pools are closed during the low season. NATURE FIRST: Lower Mill Estate is a nature first environment and we are all guests of nature. As such, things like certain lakes being closed in off season for nesting, low level lighting at night, reeds being left to grow to full height, is part of managing the unique environment and eco system. PARKING: Each property on the Estate has one designated parking space within a few yards of their front door. All other vehicles can make use of the nearby additional communal visitor spaces and/or the overflow car parks. Please do try and limit the number of cars where possible. HOT TUB: All of our hot tubs are maintained by a professional pool company, Messrs, MR Pools. Please do not use the hot tub after 10:30pm to retain the peaceful & respectful environment, in accordance with the Code of Conduct. TRAVEL COT OPTION: We are unable to supply bedding or a mattress thicker than the ‘wrap around base’ that the travel cot comes with. For your reference, the approx. size of a standard travel cot is 60-65cm x 95-100cm. BBQs: Due to insurance restrictions & potential health & safety compliance issues, we have removed BBQs from each property. Therefore, please remember to pack your own, or alternatively purchase a disposable BBQ for alfresco cooking. LAKE SAFETY: All outside terrace areas are child proof and have over waist height glass balustrades all the way around, providing a safe environment for children. A gate leads to the bank of the lake, additional monitoring should be applied. SPECIFICATIONS: may change from the items listed here.
